Getting involved with Label is an excellent and informal way to improve your writing skills, meet new people, and (for those budding writers/journalists) add to your portfolio. There is no obligation to commit - you can write as much or as little as you like. Plus, it looks amazing on your CV!

Label covers areas including news, sport, fashion, film reviews, music and opinions... writers can also regularly get their hands on freebies such as gig/film tickets as well as opportunities to interview big acts that come to the Union (the most recent being Stavros Flatley of Britain's Got Talent fame).
