University's can enter 1 team into each category (provided a BUSA entry has been made).

 
 
Entry Fee

Total £100 per team. (£50 for competing & £50 for camping and Saturday’s evening meal) if entries are received by 22nd March 2008. For entries received between 14th and 20th March 2008 the entry fee will be £120 per team (£70 for competing & £50 for camping and Saturday’s evening meal) The final deadline for all entries is the 20th March 2008 £5 per non competing supporter if purchased in advance. (£10 if purchased on arrival). All cheques should be made payable to ‘Loughborough Students’ Union’ with the name of the institution on the reverse.

 
 
Eligibility The BUSA Championships are open to all students who satisfy BUSA’s eligibility requirements as noted in the 2007-2008 BUSA Handbook.
Competitors in the BUSA competitions must show their valid university ID cards upon registration.
   
Referees Theeach team much supply a referee of a standard to oversee the level of the division entered. so if you enter 3 teams, you must bring 3 referees. Accomodation A fully equipped campsite will be available, along with a marquee, catering outlet, and an array of trade stands. Other details will be available through the website and in competitor entry packs.  
   
Captains' Responsibility

Club Captains are responsible for ensuring that their members conduct themselves in a safe and responsible manner throughout the weekend, and follow the guidelines and rules set out by both the organisers and DMBC Hatfield Water Park.

Team Captains also assume responsibility for the actions of their players. In the event of any reasonable complaint the organiser will discus the issue only with the Club Captain and the Team Captain. If the problem cannot be resolved the organiser reserves the right to disqualify the team from the competition. Anyone who is disqualified will be subject to BUSA disciplinary procedures.

 
 
General

Competitors, their clubs, or Athletic Union are responsible for all travel, hotel and subsistence costs. BUSA cannot accept responsibility for personal loss or injury while attending a BUSA event.
