Race Claims
To make a Race Claim, you need to print out a copy of the Race Claim Form (Receipt Form)below. take it to the race and get everything filled in. Then, within two weeks of the race, take the form to the Athletic Union Office and collect a non-BUSA Claim form. Fill this in, attach the race claim form to this and put both forms in an envelope marked LSCC Treasurer in the Cycling Club pigeon hole outside the AU Office. It is sometimes useful if you can also email the treasurer to notify him/her that the claim is awaiting them.

Bikes in Rooms
Forms can only be collected through the LSCC secretary or Chairman. All forms have to be signed by the AU President, LSCC secretary / chairman and your Hall Supervisor. The bond for your room is now used by residential as insurance against any damage caused. All bikes have to be kept in commercially available bike bags.
